After a like a gazillion shots on goal, they ended the game with no goals and lost 1-0. Bummer, but still exciting to watch.

Elk Hunt

It rained so we tried to dry off.

I drew a Meadowville elk tag here in Utah that was ten days long and tons of fun, we saw lots of elk and quite a few nice bulls. On the second to last night this bull came down to a wallow just before dark and I figured it was time to get serious, so I handed him one and put an end to a great hunt.

September 1st is always a day that we look forward to around here, that's when hunting season begins. It was raining for most of the morning but we still found quite a few birds, then evening rolled around and there were so many doves bombing into our spot we just figured we had to defend ourselves. What are you gonna do?
